U.K. International Soccer Camp draws repeat campers
The Panama City Beach Parks and Recreation Department had another great year with the U.K. International Soccer Summer Camp, which attracted 50 participants from several states, as far away as Virginia. The four-day coed camp for all skill levels concluded last week. The camp, which is in its fourth year, was open to ages four to 16.
The camp was very popular among young athletes, and many of those who attended were repeat participants. Athletes were divided by age group where they learned different skills and practiced varied drills, depending on individual skill level.
Participants also got the chance to learn a little bit about the coaches and what life is like in the U.K. The Parks and Recreation Department hosted four U.K. International Soccer Coaches: Bryan Etherson of Ireland, Adam Eyres of England, Ryan Totty of England, and Zoltan Graczer of Hungary.
We hope you can join us for our next camp in the summer of 2019.
