How to participate virtually in the May 14 City Council meeting

PUBLIC ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

For the City of Panama City Beach City Council Meeting May 14, 2020 at 6 p.m. CDT

NOTE: For citizens wanting to only view or listen to the meeting, please go to the City’s website at www.pcbgov.com (Click on City Council) or on the City’s Facebook page at Panama City Beach‐Government.

Only those citizens intending to make a public comment via live audio should access the meeting as follows with a Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone Devices:

    After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar that is unique to each registered attendee.

    To join the day of:

    All participants are required to give Full Name and E‐Mail address to join the meeting.

    Once the meeting has begun:

  • Attendees will be given the following audio options:
    • TO USE YOUR COMPUTER'S AUDIO: When the webinar begins, you will be connected to audio using your computer's microphone and speakers (VoIP). A headset is recommended.
