Governor issues safer-at-home order
On Wednesday, April 1, Gov. Ron DeSantis issued a shelter in place order to fight the spread of COVID-19. Executive Order 20-91 requires all those in the state to "limit their movements and personal interactions outside of their home to only those necessary to obtain or provide essential services or conduct essential activities."
The order lists essential services, as detailed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security it its Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce. Individuals are encouraged to work from home if possible and businesses are encouraged to provide delivery, carry-out or curbside service outside of a business.
Here's the full order, which includes a March 28, 2020 memo on essential critical infrastructure workers during COVID-19 from the director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency: EO 20-91
