RE: Code Section 12-8 Residential collection service required
Courtesy Notice
To Whom It May Concern:
In order to keep Panama City Beach clean, free of litter, trash and debris for our residents and visitors, the City passed Ordinance No. 1465 on December 13, 2018. This ordinance requires that each residential property provide service for the collection and removal of garbage, trash and waste material.
Your residence has been identified as an address that does not have waste removal service. This is not a formal notice of violation. The intent of this letter is simply to notify residents that as of March 13, 2019, each residential property was required to have established service for the collection and removal of garbage, trash and waste materials.
Please establish solid waste collection services and provide proof of an agreement within 14 days from the date of this letter.
Should you have any question or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our office. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
James Tindle
