Conservation Park adds parking lot
The Panama City Beach Mayor and City Council will officially open a new parking lot at the Panama City Beach Conservation Park this Thursday, May 23. The additional parking was desperately needed as the popularity of the park has increased among walkers, runners and bicyclists. Previously the park only had 14 parking spaces. The new lot can accommodate 139 vehicles. Join us for a ceremony opening the lot at 8 a.m. Thursday, May 23, just prior to the 9 a.m. City Council meeting. The park is located at 100 Conservation Drive, west of State Road 79 and north of Panama City Beach Parkway.
