FDOT alters schedule during March

There will be no highway construction on major roadways along Spring Break routes across Northwest Florida for the next few weeks.

Normal construction and maintenance operations on state roads requiring lane closures will cease from today, Friday, March 8 until Sunday, March 24. Hurricane Michael debris removal and disposal services across Northwest Florida will continue. Traffic flaggers are onsite to assist with traffic control. 

Motorists and pedestrian traffic are reminded to watch for workers and heavy equipment entering and exiting the roadway and to exercise extreme caution as traffic picks up as we welcome our Spring Break visitors.
