NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER PLAT APPROVAL

 

Notice is hereby given by the City Council of the City of Panama City Beach, Florida, that, having received an application from PC Hutchison, LLC, it intends to consider the approval of a final subdivision plat for HUTCHISON PLACE SHOPPING CENTER which proposed commercial subdivision is located at 11220 Hutchison Boulevard. The City will hold a quasi-judicial public hearing to consider the plat at the City Council’s meeting to be conducted at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at the George C. Cowgill City Hall Annex, 110 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413, in accordance with the Type II Procedures set forth in the City’s Land Development Code for subdivision plats. A copy of the proposed plat may be inspected at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall.  

 

Further information on this item may be obtained from Kelly Jenkins, City Engineer, by calling 850-233-5100.  All interested persons are invited to attend and present information for the City Council’s consideration.  Anyone not appearing in person may submit written comments to the City Clerk at any time prior to the stated meeting time at City Hall or by email to mjbossert@pcbgov.com.  The meeting will also be live-streamed on the City website www.pcbgov.com

 

Any appeal of the City Council’s decision may be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Bay County, Florida.  If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered, such person will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made.
