Bid Opening- City Hall Construction




This project includes construction of a new City Hall building (an approximately 12,600 s.f. occupied first floor with an approximate 1,500 s.f. storage mezzanine in the roof system), together with a greenspace park area, additional parking, exterior lighting, landscaping, irrigation, signage, etc.  Demolition of two buildings is included and project construction is phased to allow the existing City facilities to remain in operation during the term of the project.   The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to complete the project.

***REVISED BID OPENING DATE*******   Bids will be received until 10:30 A.M. Central Time, Friday, June 8, 2018 at City of Panama City Beach City Hall, 110 S. Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413 and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter. All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Panama City Beach – “City Hall Construction”.  The City of Panama City Beach (“City”) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.  All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 30 days after opening.  Any bids received after closing will be returned unopened.  Bids shall be submitted on the form supplied in the Bid package. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base Bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a written contract with the City and furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% “Labor and material Payment Bond” satisfactory to the City.
